Participants can choose from two race distances: an 8K (5 miles) or a 2-mile route, with strollers welcome to join the fun. All ages are encouraged to participate, and the registration fee is just $30.
The festivities kick off with check-in from 6:45 AM to 7:45 AM at the Epworth Library, located at 110 Bierman Rd. After the race, don’t miss the Town and Country Days Parade at 10:30 AM on Main Street, followed by a delightful afternoon at Tower Park filled with food, games, and community bonding. This event proudly supports NAMI Dubuque's Epworth host site, promoting mental health initiatives and advocacy for women veterans and service members through a collaborative effort with the Tri-State Women Warriors.
