Lace up those sneakers and join us at Atlantic Station for the 2024 EVECE Walk for Life! As the signature event of the EVECE Foundation, Inc., this 5K Walk/Run and Fundraiser supports mental health awareness, education, and youth leadership and professional development. The day will offer a full spectrum of 'whole body' health and wellness for the entire family.
EVECE (pronounced eh-va-see) is the acronym for Erin Victoria Edwards and Christopher Edwards. The EVECE Foundation, Inc. was established in 2020 to honor the late Christopher Redding Edwards II and Erin Victoria Edwards; two young, vibrant, exemplary lives taken away in 2019.
The purpose of the Walk for Life 5K event is to remember, celebrate, and share the lives of Chris and Erin; the contributions they made to the world, and the gifts they left behind. But we will not stop there... We will celebrate all of the lives lost to depression, anxiety disorders, substance abuse, suicide, gun violence, and other leading causes of death in our country today.
Mental health is a journey, not a destination.
Come and be a part of the journey on Saturday, October 5, 2024 at Atlantic Station - Atlanta, Georgia.
