The Extra Energy Virtual Walk & Run Challenge is a fully virtual event that takes place throughout the month of May.
Participants can complete their miles from anywhere outdoors, on a treadmill, at the gym, or in their neighborhood. There is no set start time or location, giving you the flexibility to move on your own schedule.
How to Participate
Register for your preferred distance
Track your miles using your preferred app or device
Submit your mileage manually (if applicable) or track for personal accountability
Complete your goal anytime between May 1 May 31
Distance Options

60 Miles
100 Miles
200+ Miles
You can walk, jog, or run and break up your miles over the course of the month.
