5K (3.1 Miles) Flag Flyin' 5K Run Course
Start and Finish is at corner of Main Street and Railroad with parking on the street. Head South from Main and Railroad. Turn East (Left) onto Gov Moore St. Turn SE (Right) onto Truax Rd. Run 1.5 miles SE on Truax Rd to a turnaround at bottom of hill just prior to Cemetery. At the Turn-around, run 1.5 miles NW on Truax Rd to Gov More St. Ver to the right going North on McNeil Ave for 2-blocks to Main St. Turn West (left) on Main St for 2-blocks to finish line at Main and Railroad.

A wonderful small-town event that bring the community together and benefits the local high school cross country team. The course passes through rolling Palouse hills, but the road itself is flat. Very nice for a 5k out-and-back race, and when you cross the finish line the community is there cheering you on!
