Get ready for a fantastic way to kick off your Labor Day weekend with the inaugural Faith in Motion 5K Run/Walk and 1 Mile Fun Run on Sunday, August 31, 2025, in New Albany, Indiana. This exciting community event will take place along the beautiful Ohio River Greenway Trail, starting and finishing at the New Albany Amphitheater at 8:00 AM sharp. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just looking for a fun family outing, there's something for everyone with a timed 5K run/walk and a delightful 1K fun run/walk designed especially for kids and seniors.
Participants can enjoy hydration stations along the course and look forward to light snacks and great conversation at the finish line. Awards will be given to the top three overall male and female finishers, as well as age group awards spanning various categories. Registration is just $30, which includes an event t-shirt, but be sure to register by August 15 to guarantee your shirt! Join us for a joyful morning filled with community spirit, fitness, and fun as we create a new tradition in New Albany!

HYDRATION STATIONS: Located at mile 0.75 and at the turnaround (~1.55 miles)
