Organiser's Description
FERGUSON CARES and PENINSULA TRACK CLUB present the FAST BEFORE THE FEAST 5K. This popular event is back and held on Thanksgiving Day. The out and back course is run on the scenic roads of Mariners' Museum Park. RACE DAY PARTICIPATION WILL BE CAPPED AT 800. There is no limit for the virtual race. Race proceeds will benefit the Virginia Peninsula Foodbank. Your participation and optional donations will help those in need.

Ferguson associates, family and friends can participate in this event virtually by registering and running or walking wherever they are Thanksgiving week. All virtual registrants will receive a Fast Before the Feast race shirt in December, and each registration still contributes 50 meals to families facing food insecurity.
