The race capacity has been set!

More runners = more fun. But it also means less room. If youve got friends or family who plan to run, dont wait. Get them registered ASAP or risk the dreaded "Sorry, we're full" message.



NEW! PREASSEMBLED TEAM PACKETS

Were making race day even easier for teams! Heres how it works:

If your team has 5 or more members by Friday at noon, well preassemble your entire teams packetsincluding:

Race shirts
Bibs labeled with each runners name, shirt size, bib number, gender, age, and event
These will be ready in one convenient bundle for pickup at the scheduled packet pickup.

Important:

One person (Team Captain or designee) should pick up the entire teams packet. Make sure you tell your team where you are going to meet them to distribute packets.
No individual pickups will be allowed for qualifying teams.
Teams with fewer than 5 members can still pick up individually.

WHAT IS RUCKING?

Rucking is a physical activity that involves walking or hiking with a weighted backpack (called a rucksack). The term comes from the military, where soldiers train and operate carrying heavy loads over long distances. In civilian fitness and recreation, rucking is gaining popularity as a versatile and low-impact workout. We now offer it at all Wisconsin Trail Assail Events!
