Kicking off on Saturday, June 21st and running through September 20th, this 13-week program is designed to help runners of all levels, from beginners to advanced, prepare for their next marathon. Participants should ideally have a base mileage of 15-20 miles per week before starting the program. The sessions will initially begin at 7:00 AM but will adjust to earlier times as the summer heat increases. Join us for the 2025 Marathon Training Program (MTP). The training will run from Saturday, 6/21 for 13 weeks.
