Join us for the 14th Annual Fearless 5K on Saturday, August 1st, 2026, at 9 AM in the scenic Goshen Memorial Park, Mechanicsburg, Champaign! This uplifting family-friendly event not only promotes fitness but also supports a noble cause, raising funds for youth aged 20 and under battling serious or life-threatening illnesses. Participants can choose from an exhilarating 5K on a cross-country course, a 1-mile run/walk on a flat cinder track, or a fun 1/4 mile kids run for our younger athletes.
The Fearless 5K promises a day filled with excitement, including a DJ, bounce house, and a variety of food vendors to keep everyone energized. Awards will be given to the top overall male and female finishers, as well as the top three finishers in each age group. Join us in making a difference while enjoying a fantastic community event—your participation helps support families in need with essential resources. Organiser's Description
RUNNING4LIFE will host the 14th Annual Fearless 5k on Saturday, August 1st at 9am at Goshen Memorial Park, Mechanicsburg. This family event raises funds for youth 20 years of age & under who suffer from a serious or life-threatening disease injury or illness. DJ, Bounce house & food vendors will be present, so there's sure to be something for everyone!
Kids fun run is a 1/4 mile on a flat cinder track.
1 mile run/walk is on a flat cinder track.
The 5k is on a cross-country course, thus earning the name, "Fearless".
RUNNING4LIFE has assisted 33 youth & their families with such needs as gas cards, meal cards, groceries, rent, propane, electric, school supplies, vehicles & our prayers & support. We hope YOU will join us on August 1st 2026 at the Fearless!
5K RACE AWARDS
Awards are provided to the top overall male and female finishers as well as the top three finishers by gender in each of the following age groups: 15U, 16-20, 21-25, 26-30, 31-35, 36-40, 41-45, 46-50, 51-55, 56-60, 61 & Over.
