In addition to the 5K, there's a 1-mile Fun Run/Walk for those looking for a shorter distance. All participants who register before October 7 will receive a stylish T-shirt, and 5K finishers will also be awarded a medal to commemorate their achievement. After the race, don’t miss the chance to celebrate with fellow participants at the awards ceremony, complete with food and fellowship. Join us for a day of health, happiness, and community support!
Organiser's Description
Fun Family Event to benefit the Wendell United Methodist Church Food Pantry. Race through small town neighborhood streets on a fall afternoon then join your fellow runners for food and fellowship at awards ceremony. Competitive runners, walkers and strollers welcome!
Same route as last year and we'll continue with 1 mile Fun Run/Walk.
All participants who sign up before Oct 7, will receive a T-shirt (usually have enough for those who sign-up later). 5K participants also receive a finisher's medal.
