Organiser's Description
The Firecracker 5k and 1-mile Sparkler fun run is a family-friendly 5K walk/run held yearly on the 4th of July at Cascades Park in Tallahassee to assist the Capital City Kiwanis Club and the Virtual Kiwanis Club of the Big Bend. This year's 5k is a Grand Prix.

* On-Site Registration begins at 6:30 a.m.
* 1-Mile Fun Run begins at 7:30 a.m.

Registration fees accommodate for families by offering discounted fees for children and committed runners and offering discounts for registration without shirts. Discounts are also offered for sponsors, local fitness group's, Firecracker 5K Training Program Runners, and various clubs.
