Join us for an exciting day of fitness and fun at the FLEE & ELUDE 5K/10K on Saturday, October 26, 2024, in beautiful Grayling, Crawford County! This vibrant event aims to raise funds for Crawford County's youth, promoting a healthier lifestyle while enjoying the stunning fall scenery. Runners will kick off from the Crawford County Court House parking lot, following a scenic route that includes a snowmobile trail and the picturesque Grayling Country Club. Participants will be treated to breathtaking views of autumn colors, wildlife, and serene river landscapes as they race on beautifully manicured grass.
Whether you choose the 5K (3.1 miles) or the 10K (6.2 miles), there’s a place for you in this community-focused event. The races start at 10:00 am for the 10K and 10:05 am for the 5K, with day-of registration available from 8:45 am to 9:45 am. The first 125 participants will receive finisher medals, and prizes will be awarded to the overall male and female winners in both races. Help raise funds for Crawford County's youth by taking one step at a time towards a healthier life style. The race is being put on by the Crawford County Sheriff's Office Youth Services Program, with all raised funds going to Crawford County's youth.
Races will start at the Crawford County Court House parking lot. You will leave the court house, run down a snowmobile trail and then make your way into the beautiful Grayling County Club. Enjoy a scenic filled race with fall colors, wildlife, stunning river views, all while racing on lovely manicured grass. The last stretch of the race will come out back on the snowmobile trail with the finish line at the Crawford County Court House.
Facilities will be available inside the Court House for changing and restrooms. Finisher medals will be awarded for the first 125 participants.. Prizes will be given for overall male and female winners of the 5K and 10K races.
VIRTUAL RACE: Finisher Medals will be mailed to the address provided during sign up.
