Join us for the Fleet Feet + Altra Father's Day Week Ruck/Pub Run on Wednesday, June 17th, 2026, at 6:00 PM in Fort Wayne, Allen! This special event promises to be a heartwarming way to celebrate dads while giving back to the community. Participants will embark on a spirited 5K Ruck Run, carrying backpacks filled with nonperishable food items and necessities to help stock local food pantry cabinets. Not only will you enjoy a fun evening of running or walking, but you'll also have the chance to share your favorite memories of your dad for an extra raffle ticket in the Altra Shoe Raffle. Plus, Altra will be on-site offering shoe demos and free swag! After the run, unwind and savor delicious food and beverages at Bravas. Don't miss out on this opportunity to make a difference while celebrating Father's Day with family and friends!
Organiser's Description
On Wednesday June 17th, 2026, at 6:00 pm Fleet Feet Fort Wayne + Altra will be hosting a Special Father's Day Week Pub Run at Bravas @bravasfood. This one will be a Ruck Run! ( Back by popular demand) We are asking everyone to fill a backpack with nonperishable food items and necessities ( approximately 18 items). The Father's Day themed Ruck Run will be a 5k distance. Each participant will run or walk with their backpack full of food items and fill approximately 7 outside community food pantry cabinets with food for those in need. Altra @Altrarunning will be there with shoe demos & free swag. We are also asking everyone to bring in a favorite memory of your Dad or a picture to share. If you do you will receive an extra raffle ticket for our Altra Shoe Raffle. After the run, stick around & bring a few extra bucks to enjoy some food and beverage at Bravas! See you there!
