THIS RACE IS TAKING PLACE ON FRIDAY, JULY 3RD. THERE ARE NO PLANS FOR AN ALTERNATE DATE. _Since this race takes place in July with an 11:00 AM start, we always anticipate and plan for high temperatures. We will have a well-stocked water station along the course. That said, we highly recommend that all participants carry any additional hydration or nutrition they might want or need during the run. Safety is our top priority, but everyone handles the heat differently. We encourage all participants to make their own best judgment based on what they are comfortable with on race day._
