Get ready for an exhilarating summer of running at the Fleet Feet ROC XC Summer Training Series, presented by Saucony, happening from July 28 to August 8, 2025, in Henrietta, Monroe. This exciting two-week program is designed specifically for middle school and high school runners, providing them with the opportunity to elevate their cross-country training under the expert guidance of Coach Mike DeMay and his team of certified local coaches at the beautiful Hopkins Point Lodge in Mendon Ponds Park.
Join us Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM for a series of engaging training sessions that will focus on key aspects of cross-country running, including pacing, uphill and downhill techniques, race strategy, dynamic warm-ups, and speed drills. Participants will not only enhance their skills but also receive a ROC XC t-shirt and a complimentary pair of Saucony Kinvara running shoes, perfect for hitting the trails. Plus, Saucony will be on site to offer athletes the chance to test their latest products and enjoy special purchase opportunities. 2 WEEKS, 5 DAYS A WEEK AT HOPKINS POINT LODGE IN MENDON PONDS PARK
Week 1: July 28th - August 1st
Week 2: August 4th - August 8th
MONDAY - FRIDAY 8:30 AM - 11:30 AM
COACH DEMAY OF THE HIGHLY SUCCESSFUL RUSH-HENRIETTA XC AND T&F PROGRAMS WILL LEAD HIS TEAM OF COACHES IN GETTING ATHLETES TO THE NEXT LEVEL WITH THEIR SUMMER TRAINING.
EACH TRAINING SESSION WILL FOCUS ON A DIFFERENT ASPECT OF CROSS-COUNTRY TRAINING AND RACING. TOPICS COULD INCLUDE PACING, UPHILL RUNNING, DOWNHILL RUNNING, RACE STRATEGY, DYNAMIC WARMUP, SPEED DRILLS. ALL TRAINING WILL BE LED BY EXPERT CERTIFIED LOCAL COACHES AND WILL INCLUDE SPECIAL GUESTS EACH WEEK.
ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL RECEIVE A ROC XC T-SHIRT AND A COMPLIMENTARY PAIR OF SAUCONY KINVARA RUNNING SHOES COURTESY OF FLEET FEET AND SAUCONY.
SAUCONY WILL ALSO BE ON HAND ALLOWING ATHLETES TO TEST RUN THEIR PRODUCT AS WELL AS SPECIAL PURCHASE OPPORTUNITIES, DURING AND AFTER THE DURATION OF THE PROGRAM.
