Kicking off on Saturday, January 4th, and running through Sunday, April 27th, this dynamic group training program is set in the beautiful Toledo, Lucas area, offering an ideal environment for both beginners and intermediate runners. Participants will prepare for exciting races, including the Glass City Marathon and Cap City Half Marathon, with a comprehensive 18-week training plan tailored to various experience levels.

Every Saturday at 7:30 am, enjoy long group training runs, while Wednesdays at 6:00 pm feature Coach-led "GRIT Workouts" designed to enhance strength and speed through track work, hill repeats, and more. With hydration support, race day perks, and a chance to connect with fellow running enthusiasts, this program promises to be both fun and rewarding. Plus, for 2025, Fleet Feet Toledo is thrilled to partner with PT Link to provide injury prevention resources. Seasonal Memberships:
Winter/Spring Training Season: January 4th - April 27, 2025
Summer/Fall Training Season: June 21st - October 19th, 2025



WEEKLY GROUP TRAINING RUNS
Saturdays at 7:30am - LONG RUN GROUP TRAINING
Wednesdays at 6:00pm - GRIT WORKOUTS (Track, Intervals, Hills, Strength)



Run Locations
Our workout locations vary on a weekly basis. They are centrally located in Toledo, OH. We utilize Wildwood + Secor Metroparks as well as run from our store.

Cost
Group Training = $115/season, or $200 for the full year.



How far do I need to be able to run before getting started?
Zero miles! Our program is designed for people of all experiences and skill levels. We will teach you everything you need to know to get started, or everything you need to reach new running goals!



What do I need to get started?
Nothing, except a desire to get moving!
Properly fit for running shoes will certainly help! Come see us at Fleet Feet Toledo and we can get you the perfect pair.
