The day begins at 8:30 am with the FREE kids 100 meter dash with ribbons awarded to the top 3 finishers under the age of 10. Then Lace up your running shoes and get ready for the 5K race at 8:45am.
Whether you're a seasoned runner or just starting out, this event is perfect for all ages and skill levels. The 5K (FLAT FAST COURSE) race will test your endurance, while the Kids 100m Dash is a great way to get the little ones involved.
