Starting from the Hemlock Creek Picnic Area, the day kicks off with registration at 4:30 PM, followed by the 7-mile run at 6:00 PM and a 1-mile event at 6:30 PM. After conquering the course, participants can relax in the Biergarten with a refreshing beverage and savor post-race brat options. Plus, you'll take home a custom hat, finisher medal, and a special Bierglas as mementos of your Flusslauf experience. ABOUT FLUSSLAUF: Willkommen to Flusslauf! While the more appropriate name would be Fluss"uberquerung, we folks from the States might struggle there. The Flusslauf Experience is an exciting adventure at our 7-mile (or 11-kilometer) run, ruck, or hike through the trees and roots of Bedford Reservation. Take on the trails with your fellow runners, conquer the river crossing (yes, you WILL get wet twice), and finish with a well-deserved beverage in our Biergarten after the run.
