By participating, you'll support our Community Co-op Cash Program, which provides qualifying shoppers with a 10% discount on their purchases for an entire year, ensuring that fresh, nourishing food is affordable for everyone.
This year, you can choose to participate in-person or virtually, making it easy to join in no matter your preference. Remember to pick up your race packet at the Co-op on Friday, May 15, from 4:00 PM, or on race day, Saturday, May 16, at 7:45 AM. Don't forget to register by April 25, 2025, to secure your race t-shirt! While we love our furry friends, please note that dogs are not permitted on the racecourse, although strollers are welcome. Come out and help us build a healthier, more inclusive community—

WHERE DO THE PROCEEDS GO?
Net proceeds from the race support our Community Co-op Cash Program, which provides qualifying shoppers (EBT, TANF, WIC, or Unemployment benefactors.) with 10% off store-wide for an entire year. Our goal is simple: to make fresh, nourishing food more accessible and affordable for everyone in our community.
This program is funded entirely through the generosity of our Co-op owners and shoppers and reflects our ongoing commitment to supporting our neighbors and strengthening food access for all. We hope it helps make shopping at the Co-op a little more affordableand a lot more enjoyable.

We will start near the Fredericksburg Food Co-op and walk/run along the Rappahannock Heritage Trail and Canal Path. This is a great place for some April exercise! All proceeds will go toward our Food for All program which gives additional discounts on purchases to customers shopping with SNAP benefits. Hope to see you there at the 2025 Co-op 5K! -
