Taking place on Friday, July 4th, 2025, this highly anticipated race invites participants to join in a fun-filled morning of fitness and community spirit. With a limited capacity of just 1,000 runners, it's essential to secure your spot early—registration opens on February 1st, 2025, and will remain open until July 1st or until the race reaches capacity.
The festivities kick off bright and early, with race day registration and bib pick-up happening at York High School from 6:30 am to 7:25 am, leading up to the race start at 7:30 am. Runners are encouraged to pick up their bibs and race shirts the day before, on July 3rd, from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Those who register by June 1st will be guaranteed a free race shirt, so don’t delay! Lace up your running shoes and join us for this vibrant celebration of health and community—let’s make the 4th of July unforgettable!

York Parks & Recreation and York Rotary are happy to announce the 2025 Annual Four on the 4th Road Race in York, Maine!
Registration opens on February 1st, 2025, at 12:00am and stays open until July 1st, 2025, at 11:59pm or until filled, whichever comes first. The race is limited to 1,000 participants so register early! Those who have registered by June 1st will be guaranteed a free race shirt. Beyond June 1st, shirts will be given upon availability.
NO DAY OF REGISTRATION AVAILABLE! All registrations must be completed by July 1st at 11:59pm!
Those participating in the race on July 4th will pick-up their bib and shirt that morning, at York High School between 6:30am-7:25am. The race begins at 7:30am sharp. Early bib pick up will be available at YHS on July 3rd from 3:00pm-5:00pm.
