Kick off your Independence Day celebrations with this vibrant event, starting bright and early at 7:00 AM in the picturesque Rotary Park. Participants can choose between a challenging 5K course or a fun 1-mile route, perfect for runners, walkers, and even strollers!
This year's race features an out-and-back course on the scenic 8-mile ditch trail, making it a wonderful way to enjoy the great outdoors. With an entry fee of just $30 for non-military members aged 16 and older, and a special discount for younger participants at only $15, there’s something for everyone. Plus, military, police, and fire service members can use the code "Military" to receive a $10 discount on their entry fee. Don’t forget to register by June 22nd to guarantee your event T-shirt, as supplies are limited! Come out, make lasting memories, and create a new tradition while celebrating our freedom to run. Organiser's Description
In this country we have Freedom, we have freedom to Run and we have the freedom to run a July 4th race and finish with pride. We will be hosting the Freedom Finishers 5K at Paragould's Rotary Park on July 4th starting at 7:00AM. The start time has been moved up to allow participants the opportunity to run this event and get to the Community Center for the 8:00AM 4 miler event. The course will be an out and back on the 8 mile ditch trail.
Entry fee is $30 for non-military members 16 and older. Those not old enough to drive yet are discounted to $15.
For those not wanting the 5K distance we are adding a 1 mile route.
Service members (Military, Police, and Fire) can use coupon code "Military" to get $10 off the entry fee. Please have your military ID available at check-in on race morning to receive your bib.
T-shirt cutoff is 6/22 so please register early to insure you get one. Extras are first come, first serve until we run out.
