Not only is this event a celebration of community and justice, but it also supports those affected by colonial violence, with proceeds going directly to families in Gaza and MMIP. While the event is free to the public, donations are encouraged, and a generous donor will match contributions up to $1,000. Bring your headphones to enjoy the audio features of this interactive experience, and be part of a powerful movement for change!
Organiser's Description
Join MMIP and MT4P for an interactive and educational 5k that will invite participants to see the overlapping and ongoing histories of violence in both Turtle Island (the United States) and Palestine.
This inclusive event invites participants of all backgrounds to run, walk, and move together. Proceeds go directly to MMIP and families in Gaza. The run is a celebration of community, justice, and the power of collective action.
This event is free to the public but we are asking for donations that will go directly to survivors of colonial violence in Montana and Palestine. A generous donor has agreed to match donations up to $1000. We are grateful for any contribution.
