Well break down body position, rotation, breathing, and the catch to make your stroke smoother and stronger.
2 Power & Propulsion: Building a Faster, More Efficient Stroke
Turn your good form into forward speed.
This session focuses on stroke timing, connection, and rhythm plus drills that improve propulsion and reduce drag.
3 Race-Ready in Open Water: Strategy, Sighting & Confidence
Apply everything youve learned to real race conditions.
Practice sighting, starts, and drafting while learning how to stay calm, fast, and focused in open water.
