Organiser's Description
The Fuego y Fuerza Mutual Aid 5k Run/Walk is a community-driven event dedicated to empowering and uplifting at-risk families in Maryland. Organized by Lambda Theta Phi Latin Fraternity Inc., Hermandad de Sigma Iota Alpha, Inc and the Audelia Community Response Team, this event raises funds to provide essential resources- such as food, clothing, and immigration support to families in need. More than just a race, this initiative encourages health, wellness, and social engagement, particularly within the Latine community. By coming together, we inspire individuals to take action, support one another and create lasting change. Every step we take strengthens our community and helps build a future where no one is left behind. All funds raised will be donated to the Audelia Community Response Team Mutual Aid.
