The Funnel Cake 5k is back as part of Searcy's Get Down Downtown Festival on Saturday, September 27! This fast and flat 5k starts at 8:00 a.m. at the corner of Arch and Spring streets. The Funnel Cake 5k will be professionally chip timed! Runners and walkers of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate! All registered 5k participants will receive a voucher for a free funnel cake! Not ready for a 5K? No problem! Register for the Cotton Candy Classic 1-mile event and receive a voucher for a free cotton candy. There is also a virtual option for those who would like to participate but are unable to attend. Virtual runners receive a race shirt too!
The Funnel Cake 5K is only $30 if you register by August 31. From September 1- 26 registration is $35 per entry. Race day registration is available for $40 from 6:30-7:30 Saturday morning.
