The day kicks off with packet pick-up starting at 8 AM, followed by a warm welcome at 8:50 AM and the race starting at 9 AM. After the main event, stick around for the awards ceremony at 9:45 AM, and don’t miss the KidK obstacle race at 10:15 AM, perfect for little ones aged 1 to 6. Participants will earn medals and enjoy engaging activities like color powder sections and hopscotch-style challenges. Make sure to register before May 1st to guarantee your shirt and medal, and prepare for a tail-wagging experience that supports a great cause!

WE ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO SEEING YOU AT THE ANNUAL FURRY FRIENDS 5K. Join the race to help homeless pets at the Humane Society of Jefferson Countys 13th Annual Furry Friends 5K Run/Walk. What can you expect? A safe, tail-wagging experience that is fun for everyone! This family- and dog-friendly event will take place at the Jefferson County Fair Park with a beautiful flat scenic course that ensures first time walkers and runners can comfortably participate alongside the more serious runners.
