Join us for the 12th Annual Run With The Cops on Friday, August 21, 2026, in the vibrant city of Waukesha! This exciting fun run and walk brings together the community and the Waukesha Police Department for a night of camaraderie and fitness. The event kicks off at 7:00 PM at Veteran's Park, conveniently located at the corner of Wisconsin and West Avenues.
Families are encouraged to participate, with kids aged 12 and under running for free! There’s also an option to purchase a unique run shirt for the little ones. Sign up before July 31st to guarantee your fabulous Run With The Cops T-shirt! In addition to the race, enjoy the lively atmosphere of Friday Night Live from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM, featuring public safety displays at the Start/Finish area from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Don’t miss this wonderful opportunity to support local law enforcement and strengthen community bonds while having fun and staying active!

Waukesha Citizens Police Academy Association, Inc. (WCPAA, Inc.) is a group of citizens that volunteer their time and talent to support the Waukesha Police Department and help raise funds for the departments needs. In 2014, we hosted the inaugural Run From the Cops Fun Run/Walk. WCPAAs goal wasand isto unite the Waukesha Police Department with the citizens of Waukesha for a fun, light-hearted night. We are looking forward to the 11th anniversary of this run and we are excited to see everyone again this year.
