The event features a 5K race with two participation options: "The Stigma Crusher" for $35, which includes an official event t-shirt, water bottle, and access to a lively Post-Race "Family Fun Day" and Mental Health Resource Fair, and "The Grace Advocate" for $20, which also grants access to the family fun activities. Come out for a morning filled with movement, motivation, and community spirit as we join together to crush the stigma surrounding mental health!

On Saturday May 16, 2026, at 9am, we're hitting the pavement for a cause that hits home. In partnership with Forney ISD, Grace for Healing Counseling and Consulting Services is hosting "Stomp the Stigma" 5K Walk/Run, a community-driven event, dedicated to supporting & providing access to mental health services for our local student-athletes.
Whether you're a competitive runner or a casual walker, your participation helps provide vital counseling and wellness resources for students balancing the pressures of academics and athletics, who could not otherwise afford services.
Join us for a morning of movement, motivation and community healing.
