Get ready for a spooktacular day of fun and fitness at the Ghost-to-Gobble 5K and 1-Mile Fun Run on Saturday, November 1, 2025, in beautiful Conway, Faulkner! Following the success of its inaugural race in 2024, this year’s event promises to be bigger and bolder, with exciting additions including a family-friendly 1-mile fun run and a Best Costume Award. Participants are encouraged to don their craziest Halloween costumes, festive turkey trot outfits, or even holiday sweaters, making for a lively atmosphere as hundreds of runners race through the stunning campus of the University of Central Arkansas.
The USATF-certified 5K course features iconic UCA landmarks, and both the 5K and 1-mile races will support a great cause, with 10% of profits benefiting Special Olympics Arkansas. Runners can look forward to awards for the top three overall males and females in the 5K, along with finisher medals and guaranteed event T-shirts for early registrants. With a vibrant community spirit and a commitment to promoting health and wellness, the Ghost-to-Gobble event is the perfect way to kick off the holiday season while making a positive impact.

After an incredibly successful inaugural race in 2024, were thrilled to bring the Ghost-to-Gobble 5k back for 2025bigger, bolder, and even more festive! This year, we're thrilled to announce that Special Olympics Arkansas will be the recipient of 10% of all profits from this event! Also this year, were excited to add a family-friendly 1-mile fun run and Best Costume Award! Whether you show up in your spookiest Halloween gear, your best turkey trot outfit, or even a holiday sweater for you Christmas-in-July folk, youll join hundreds of runners racing through UCAs beautiful campus, cheered on every step of the way.
