THE START AND FINISH (BOTH SOUTHBOUND) WILL BE JUST NORTH OF THE PILGRIM CHAPEL, 3801 GILLHAM ROAD.
The course will take runners and walkers along Gillham Road, through the Hyde Park neighborhood, and past Hyde Park the park.
All in-person 5K participants (runners & walkers) are chip timed.
The course has been certified by the USATF.
5K runners and walkers will receive a long sleeve T-shirt (shirts not guaranteed if registering after Nov. 12).
Age Groups: 9 & Under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-84, 85+.

The Children's Dash for kids 8 & under is held at the conclusion of the 5K run and walk. Divisions are: 4 & Under, 5-6, and 7-8. The younger two divisions run 100 yards and the older division runs 200 yards. Dash participants receive a T-shirt (not guaranteed if registering after Nov. 12).
