KC Running Club - Track Workouts

Weekly track workouts every Wednesday at  6:00 PM.  Each session is one hour long.  These sessions are FREE for Kansas City Running Club members.  Participants receive training plans and coach led sessions. Half Marathon Training and Beginning runners classes are signed up automatically.

Don’t know what to do with the kids while you are training? Bring the entire family to train with Coach Brett Guemmer and staff.The KCTC is designed for kids and adults including Youth (8-14), Open Masters (40) and Elite Groups. 
Workouts are for all abilities. Individualized pacing charts are reviewed prior to each workout. Check the KCTC Intervals Facebook page for posted workouts and updates.

About Kansas City Track Club The KCTC is a group designed to teach kids and adults the importance of a healthy and active lifestyle.  The club consists of youth (8-14), open, masters (40), and elite groups.  The goal is to have a club to compete nationally at the United States of America Track and Field (USATF) Events each year at each level.  This would consist of cross country, track, and road races.  Each season would end with a USATF National Championship and sometimes with the potential to make national teams to compete for Team USA at Olympic Games, World Championships, North America - Central America Championships and other events.
