Get ready for the exciting Glenn Bass Run on Saturday, October 18th, 2025, taking place in the beautiful Sonora, Tuolumne! This beloved event celebrates the legacy of Glenn Bass, a dedicated cross country and track coach at Sonora High School, and has been a community favorite for over a decade. Participants can choose between a thrilling 5k or a fun 1-mile race, both set on the picturesque Wildcat Ranch course. The scenic route features rolling hills, majestic oaks, and open grasslands, inviting runners of all ages to enjoy the great outdoors while competing along a well-marked figure-eight course.

Runners will have the opportunity to win custom awards, with the top three finishers in each age group receiving recognition. Additionally, cash prizes will be awarded to the overall top three finishers in the 5k, with $100 for first place, $50 for second, and $25 for third in both male and female divisions. Registration fees are affordable at $25 for the 5k and $15 for the 1-mile race, with all proceeds supporting the Sonora High cross country team.
