Participants can choose from a variety of thrilling race distances including a 400-meter swim followed by a 5K run, an 800-meter swim, or just a 5K run. Young athletes aged 19 and under can enjoy FREE entry by using the code GBSD19FREE!
For our younger participants, there's a FREE Kid's Swim/Run featuring a 100-meter swim and a 1.55-mile run, as well as a separate Kid's Run of 1.55 miles. The event kicks off promptly at 6:30 PM, so make sure to arrive early to pick up your swim cap, timing chip, and bib number. All races are professionally timed with results available online, and best of all, parking is absolutely FREE! This is a low-cost community event designed to promote healthy, social activities at the newly renovated Goleta Beach Park.
Events:
1) Swim/Run (400 meter swim followed by a 5K Run). Free for 19 and under (use code: GBSD19FREE)
2) Swim (800 meter). Free for 19 and under (use code: GBSD19FREE)
3) 5K Run. Free for 19 and under (use code: GBSD19FREE)
