THE GOODLETTSVILLE FOUR MILE CLASSIC is a community race with the goal of benefitting a charity on a USATF certified racecourse. This race will take place in Moss Wright Park on May 23, 2026. The start time of the race is 7:00am in order to avoid the primary heat of the day, while ensuring that the sun has risen enough for clear viewing of the course. The start of this race is subject to change. The race will take part throughout the jogging path of the park as well as on the interior loop in order to reach the required 4 miles. (The racecourse is the same as the 2022 racecourse) Parking for the event will be at the Bowen-Campbell House, along the park road by the football fields, and at the visitor center. The parking by the playground will be reserved for event staff and volunteers and marked off with cones as necessary. After the race is completed, awards based on finishing place will be announced and awarded. Additionally, race results will be posted online for viewing after the race is completed on our race website.

RAISING MONEY FOR ALL: This year the Goodlettsville Four Mile Classic is raising money for Good Works/ Walking with Swager. This organization does disaster relief/ trains people for disaster relief as well as helps the elderly in our community when they have a project out of reach, such as a removing a tree falling across their entry way. Some of the money raised will also be given to the Goodlettsville Fire Christmas Kids Fund.

AWARDS ARE CHANGING THIS YEAR! This year we will be giving medals for age group awards we will give medals for first and second place. Overall, Masters and Grandmasters will be awarded 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. Overall male and female winner will win a free pair of running shoes of their choice from Team Nashville. Masters and Grandmasters will win gift certificates from Fleet Feet.
