Whether you want to push your limits in the Elite Wave, enjoy a fun-filled day with friends and family in the Standard Wave, or take a more relaxed approach in the Run/Walkers Wave, everyone is welcome to participate at their own comfort level. Starting at 9:00 AM, the day promises to be filled with community spirit, engagement with mental health organizations like NAMI Bucks County, and a shared commitment to promoting awareness. Don’t forget to check in early, starting at 7:45 AM, to grab your race bag and exclusive event t-shirt! Come together to celebrate strength, resilience, and the importance of mental health at this uplifting event.

GRIND FOR THE MIND:

Bria Method and The Brad Fox Charitable Foundation are proud to bring you the 3rd installment of our annual charity challenge event, focused on promoting the bond between physical fitness and mental health awareness. Members of the community are encouraged to part-take in a fitness run that highlights the strength within ourselves, the obstacles we all face, and the endurance needed as we prioritize our individual mental health. This event is open to the public and all are encouraged to join with friends, family, and members of the community to raise awareness for mental health and engage with organizations such as NAMI Bucks County (National Alliance on Mental Illness).

THE RACE:

This charity challenge run consists of a 3-mile run that incorporates 5 fitness stations, spread around the loop of Warminster Community Park.

Participants have the option to COMPETE, RUN, OR WALK.

The 5 fitness stations include:

* BANDED LATERAL STEPS
* BURPEES
* WALKING LUNGES
* SQUATS
* FARMERS CARRY



WHEN & WHERE:

Sunday, September 13th

9:00am Start Time

O'Neil Pavilion - Warminster Community Park.

Check-in opens at 7:45am to ensure you can collect your race bag & t-shirt if you did not come during packet pickup hours.



WAVES:

1. Participants that wish to push their limits can select the 'ELITE WAVE' upon registering and will be sent on the loop first.

2. Participants who want to embrace the stations but do not wish to compete in the elite group can select 'STANDARD WAVE'.

3. Participants that wish to run, walk, or skip the stations if they please, choose the 'RUN/WALKERS' wave.

All are welcome to participate at your desired level of intensity regardless of skill, age, or ability!



T-SHIRT INFORMATION:

- All participants who register by 8/28/26 will receive their desired size Grind for the Mind t-shirt.

- Participants who register after that date will receive a shirt while quantities last at the event.

HOURS FOR PACKET PICKUP:

Friday, September 11th: 5:00am - 1:00pm, 3pm - 5pm

Saturday, September 12th: 6:00am - 11:30am

Sunday, September 13th at Warminster Community Park between 7:45 AM and 8:45 AM before the race starts
