Organiser's Description
Grind For the Mind, presented by Bria Method and The Brad Fox Charitable Foundation, is proud to bring you the 2nd annual charity challenge event focused on promoting mental health awareness. This charity event consists of running and exercise challenges around the loop of Warminster Community Park to test participants physical and mental strength. The total distance of the loop is approximately 3 miles.
This event is open to the public and all are encouraged to join with friends, family, and members of the community to raise awareness for mental health and engage with organizations such as NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness).
