Participants can choose from a variety of distances, including Sprint, Full, or Ultra, making it perfect for athletes of all levels.
The GRYTR Fitness Race features a unique blend of endurance, strength, and hybrid fitness challenges that will put your skills to the ultimate test. Compete in three timed phases: the Endurance Phase, where you'll ski, row, and run; the Hybrid Phase, which includes 800m runs and strength stations; and the Strength Phase, where you'll clean and press weights overhead. As you strive to conquer all three phases within 12 hours, you'll have the chance to earn finisher t-shirts, medals, and the coveted Dragon Patch. Join fellow competitors this April and see if you have what it takes to rise to the top of the leaderboard!

GRYTR Fitness Races are a blend of endurance, strength, and hybrid fitness racing performed anywhere in the world within the month of April. Compete against other athletes to move up the leaderboard, earn finisher t-shirts and medals, and test your grit against some of the toughest workouts. Choose from the Sprint, Full, or Ultra distances.
Each GRYTR Race is composed of three timed phases. In the Endurance Phase, you'll ski, row and run as fast as you can. In the Hybrid Phase, you'll do 800m runs followed by 4 strength stations. In the Strength Phase, you'll need to clean and press a set amount of weight from the floor to over your head.
Think you have the grit to do all three phases within 12 hours? You'll earn the coveted Dragon Patch, if you do.
