Join us for the 14th Annual Habitat Hustle 5K Run/Walk on Saturday, October 25th, 2025, in beautiful Gainesville, Alachua! This exciting community event supports UF Habitat for Humanity, and is open to participants of all ages. The race kicks off at 9:30 a.m. at Boulware Springs Park, with the picturesque Hawthorne Trail serving as the backdrop for your run or walk. Make sure to arrive by 8:30 a.m. for check-in and to soak in the pre-race excitement!
Participants will not only enjoy a fun morning of fitness but will also have the chance to win fantastic raffle prizes from local businesses and savor delicious post-race treats. Plus, the top three male and female finishers will receive special awards! Registration includes a T-shirt, race bib, raffle ticket, and those under five years old can join in for free! With free parking available at 3300 SE 15th Street and overflow parking at 3400 SE 15th Street, it's easy to get involved. It's time for the 14th Annual Habitat Hustle 5K Run/Walk! This event benefits UF Habitat for Humanity. Wear your favorite running or walking gear and come out on SATURDAY, OCTOBER 25TH, 2025 for a community-wide event with UF Habitat! THIS EVENT IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC OF ALL AGES!
THE START AND FINISH LINE ARE AT BOULWARE SPRINGS PARK IN GAINESVILLE, AND THE RUN TAKES PLACE ALONG GAINESVILLE'S SCENIC HAWTHORNE TRAIL. THE RACE WILL BEGIN PROMPTLY AT 9:30 A.M. WITH A SUGGESTED ARRIVAL/ CHECK-IN TIME OF 8:30 A.M.
Runners can enjoy post-race treats and raffle prizes from local businesses upon crossing the finish line. The top three male and female racers will be awarded! All proceeds benefit UF Habitat for Humanity in supporting their mission to provide safe, affordable housing to deserving families in Alachua County through home builds and critical home repairs.
REGISTRATION INCLUDES: T-SHIRT*, RACE BIB, RAFFLE TICKET, AND POST-RACE TREATS! Extra raffle tickets may be purchased for $1 per ticket at the event.
CHILDREN 5 YEARS OLD AND UNDER RUN FOR FREE! No need to register them.
