Join us for the exciting Harrison Freer Rotary Community 5K Run/Walk on Saturday, April 12, 2025, starting at 9:30 AM at SUNY Adirondack in Queensbury, Warren! This fun-filled event invites participants of all ages to take on a scenic course that avoids Cronin Road, beginning at the traffic circle and concluding at the north end of campus. Whether you're a serious runner or just looking to enjoy a leisurely walk, this 5K is perfect for everyone.
Online registration is available until midnight on April 10, and packet pickup will be held on race day from 8 AM to 9:15 AM in the Student Center, where you can also register in person. The first 300 participants will receive a commemorative T-shirt, so don’t miss out! As part of this community-focused event, proceeds will benefit the Glens Falls Y, Glens Falls Hospital, and the Feeder Canal Alliance. After completing the race, participants can look forward to a post-race celebration with refreshments and award presentations for various age groups and teams. The Glens Falls Rotary Harrison Freer Community 5K Run/Walk will take place on Saturday, April 12 at 9:30 at SUNY Adirondack and use the course that avoids Cronin Road. The race will start at the traffic circle on campus and finish at the north end of campus.
Online registration will remain open until Thursday, April 10 at midnight. Packet pickup is at SUNY Adirondack in the Student Center from 8 AM until 9:15, race day registration is also in the Student Center from 8 AM to 9:15 AM.
T-Shirts are available to the first 300 runners. Shirt sizes can not be guaranteed!!
This year's event features three great community beneficiaries: the Glens Falls Y, Glens Falls Hospital, and the Feeder Canal Alliance
Can't attend the event but want to make a donation? Click register and you can then opt to the donate page.
Post-race celebration and refreshments will be available after the run/walk. Age group awards will be given out in the student center immediately after the competitive runners have finished the course.
