Hawkins Hustle

The Hawkins Hustle is a 5k run/walk + kids fun run for ages 5 and under in memory of Coach Vern Hawkins. The proceeds of this event go to the Coach Hawkins Scholarship Fund, which awards monetary scholarships to graduating seniors from Georgetown High School who competed in cross country and/or track&field. Scholarship recipients are selected by a committee comprised of Coach's former athletes.

Check-in and day-of registration will begin at 7:00 AM at the track.
FREE Kids Fun Run for ages 5 and under following the 5k (approximately 9:00am)
Race categories: male, female, run, walkAge groups:  10 and under, 11-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
T-shirts are in limited supply on race day and may not be available to those who do not pre-register by 8/2/2024.
