All registered participants will receive a commemorative event T-shirt, and kids under 12 can join in for free! Families can even opt to add a finisher medal for their children during registration. With awards for the fastest male, female, and kid runner, there’s a little friendly competition for everyone. Enjoy a clearly marked course, water stations, snacks at the finish line, and a vibrant community atmosphere with friendly volunteers and cheer squads. Plus, don't miss the award ceremony and free entry to the Health Fair afterward. Come help us grow wellness one step at a time!

Kick off Health Fair day with our inaugural Health Grows Here 5K Run/Walk! This family-friendly race is open to all ages and fitness levels walk, jog, or run at your own pace along a beautiful route surrounding the hospital with mountain and desert views.
The race starts at 7:00 AM on the CVRMC campus.
All registered participants will receive an event T-shirt. Kids under 12 may register for free and are welcome to participate alongside their family. Free kid registrations do not automatically include a finisher medal; however, families may choose to add an optional kid medal during registration if they would like their child to receive an official race medal.
