From October 1st to 31st, this exciting event is more than just a race; it's a powerful movement dedicated to honoring lives lost, supporting survivors, and raising awareness about domestic violence in our community.
Participants can choose from three thrilling race distances: a 2K perfect for families and beginners, a 5K for those ready to take on a bit more, and a challenging 10K for intermediate to advanced runners. The trail runs will take place at the picturesque SnowKraft Nordic, where you’ll experience the golden beauty of wooded trails that are typically reserved for skiing and biking.
In addition to the in-person runs, the HELP in Motion Virtual Challenge encourages participants to collectively log 110 kilometers (68 miles) throughout the month, dedicating each kilometer to the 110 victims of domestic violence who tragically lost their lives in 2024. Whether you’re running, walking, or hiking, every step taken during this event brings hope and vital support to those affected by domestic violence. From October 131, participants may join our HELP in Motion Virtual Challenge, committing to collectively log 110 kilometers (68 miles). Each kilometer will be dedicated to one of the 110 victims of domestic violence who lost their lives in 2024. Participants can complete their miles however and wherever they choosewalking, running, or hiking, while standing in solidarity with survivors and honoring those weve lost.
