Get ready for an exciting day of fitness and fun at the 41st Annual Henry Ford Race to Health, taking place on Sunday, September 7th, 2025, at the stunning Cascade Park in Jackson! This vibrant event features a 5K run starting at 8:00 am and a 5K walk kicking off just five minutes later at 8:05 am. Young athletes can participate in the Kids Fun Run, designed for ages 3 to 12, which begins at 10:00 am. Every child will receive a free Run Wild tie-dye t-shirt, making it a memorable experience for the little ones!
Participants can look forward to exciting prizes, including cash rewards for top overall and master winners, as well as medals for the top three finishers in each age category. Don’t forget to rally your friends and family to create a team— the team with the most participants will win a trophy and lunch!
