Get ready for a fun-filled day of health and wellness at the 41st Annual Henry Ford Race to Health on Sunday, September 7th, 2025! Taking place at the picturesque Cascade Park in Jackson, this exciting event features a variety of race distances to suit participants of all ages and abilities. Kickstart your day with the 5K Run at 8:00 am, followed closely by the 5K Walk at 8:05 am. Young runners aged 3 to 12 can join in on the fun with a Kids Fun Run at 9:00 am, where each child will receive a free Run Wild tie-dye t-shirt and a finishers medal!
Every participant is guaranteed a finishers medal this year, and those who register by August 24th will also secure a t-shirt in their preferred size. With a registration fee of just $30 until August 31st, and a chance to win prize money and medals in various categories, this event is not to be missed! Plus, enjoy live results texted to you as soon as you cross the finish line, making it a perfect day to celebrate health, community, and accomplishment.
