YOUTH TRIATHLON OPTIONS
* Youth Long Triathlon (Ages 11-15): Swim Course: 200 yards - Bike Course: 6 miles - Run Course: 1.5 miles
* Youth Short Triathlon (Ages 7-10): Swim Course: 100 yards - Bike Course: 3 miles - Run Course: .75 miles
Ages 13-15 and 16-19 have the option to do the High Point Sprint Triathlon (non-youth option)
