The Highs & Lows Tour is a one-day cycling event featuring a variety of routes designed to showcase the natural beauty and terrain of New Hampshireincluding a popular mixed surface gravel course, and new for 2026, a mountain biking option that opens up even more adventure.
This year, all rides begin and end on the scenic campus of Plymouth Regional High School, nestled at the gateway to the Pemi-Baker Valley. From there, riders will explore the Baker River Valley, winding through charming towns and surrounded by stunning mountain views.
