Get ready for an exciting day of fun and fitness at the Holy Smokin' Jamboree 5K Run taking place on Saturday, September 12th, 2026, in the heart of Topeka, Shawnee! This vibrant event kicks off bright and early at 7:00 AM with packet pick-up and registration, followed by an adorable free 1/4 Mile Kiddie Run for children under 10 at 8:00 AM. The 5K Run/Walk will begin right after the kiddie event, making it a perfect day for families and friends to come together and enjoy some healthy competition.
Participants can look forward to awards for the top two male and female finishers, as well as recognition for the best runners in each age bracket. The awards ceremony will be held at 9:30 AM, complemented by a fun door prize drawing where attendees must be present to win. Don’t forget to fuel up after the race with a delicious pancake breakfast starting at 8 AM, available for a free will donation.
