Held in recognition of PANS/PANDAS Awareness Day on October 9, this event shines a light on PANS and PANDAS while raising awareness and support for the children and families affected by these conditions.
The superhero theme celebrates the courage and strength of children facing PANS/PANDAS and the families standing beside them.

100% of donations benefit the Northwest PANDAS/PANS Network, helping provide education, advocacy, and support for families across our region.
PANS (Pediatric Acute-onset Neuropsychiatric Syndrome) and PANDAS (Pediatric Autoimmune Neuropsychiatric Disorders Associated with Streptococcal infections) are conditions that can cause a sudden onset of neuropsychiatric symptoms in children.

Every superhero needs a sidekick and this one gets their own race. The Super Sidekick Dash is the ultimate kids race for our littlest heroes. Children 5 and under take over the course for a mighty .4 mile run in full superhero style. Costumes are strongly encouraged capes, masks, and superpowers of all kinds are welcome at the starting line. Every single finisher crosses the finish line a winner and receives their very own finisher medal. Parents and guardians are welcome to run alongside and cheer every heroic step of the way.
