Join us for the vibrant Hope Continues 5K and 1 Mile Walk on Saturday, October 26, 2024, in the heart of Tupelo, Lee County! This annual event, now in its eighth year, is more than just a race; it's a celebration of community spirit and awareness for breast cancer. With 100% of the proceeds staying within the sixteen counties of Northeast Mississippi, your participation will help provide essential screening and support for those affected by this illness.
The race features a fast and fun course, now with a new start and finish location in downtown Tupelo, minus the hill! Runners can participate in the 5K, while walkers can enjoy the 1 Mile Walk. Awards will be presented to the top three overall male and female participants, as well as top masters and age group winners. Entry fees are affordable at $20 for the 5K and $15 for the 1 Mile Walk until September 19, 2024. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to make a difference while enjoying a day of fitness and camaraderie. Let's come together to beat last year's fundraising total of over $35,000! THE 2024 HOPE CONTINUES 5K RUN AND 1 MILE WALK IS THE 8TH YEAR OF AN ANNUAL EVENT THAT REPLACES THE PRIOR TUPELO BREAST CANCER AWARENESS RUN. 100% OF THE PROCEEDS WILL STAY IN THE SIXTEEN COUNTIES OF NORTHEAST MISSISSIPPI. FUNDS WILL BE USED TO PROVIDE SCREENING AND SUPPORT FOR AFFECTED INDIVIDUALS. LAST YEAR WE WERE ABLE TO RAISE OVER $35,000 DOLLARS THROUGH THE RACE, SPONSORS, AND DONATIONS. LET'S BEAT THAT AMOUNT THIS YEAR! THE COURSE IS CLOSE TO THE SAME FAST COURSE WITH THE START AND FINISH MOVING TO A NEW LOCATION IN DOWNTOWN TUPELO AND WE CUT OUT THE HILL!

Three deep in the following age groups: 0-9, 10-14,15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and over. Entry fees are $25 for the 5K until September 19, 2024. The fees go up to $30 for the 5K until October 20, 2024. Week of and race day registration will be available at $35 for the 5K. CLOSEDThe 1 mile walk just got even better. The course allows for all of the walkers to also see the runners as they complete the course. The walk is now an out and back course and perfectly flat. Come out and lets honor and remember the special people in our lives affected by breast cancer. Entry fees for the 1 mile walk are $15 for the 1 Mile Walk until September 19, 2024. The fees go up to $20 for the 1 Mile Walk until October 20, 2024. Week of and race day registration will be available at $25 for the 1 Mile Walk.
