Join us on Saturday, October 12th, 2024, for the vibrant HOPE Family Care Center 5K Walk/Run in the scenic Arcadia, Hamilton! This exciting event invites participants of all ages to experience a beautiful 5K (3.1 miles) course through the Hamilton Heights School's Cross Country track. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just looking for a fun day out, you can register and participate without the pressure to complete the full distance. All proceeds will directly benefit the HOPE Family Care Center, a dedicated non-profit clinic that provides essential medical, dental, and counseling services to the uninsured and underinsured in the region.
Celebrate with us as we commemorate 20 years of HOPE's commitment to better health in our community! The event features a range of activities including chipped timed results, T-shirts for child participants, awards for the top finishers, and a lively after-party at the 20th Anniversary Celebration and Open House starting at 1 PM at our new location in Cicero. HOPE FAMILY CARE CENTER is a faith-based 501(c)(3) non-profit clinic providing free medical, dental, and counseling services to uninsured, underinsured, and medically under-served patients from Hamilton, Tipton, Madison, Boone and surrounding counties. FOR 20 YEARS, HOPE HAS BEEN IN THE RACE FOR BETTER HEALTH IN OUR COMMUNITY.
No pets allowed because the event will be on school grounds. ALL ages are welcome - you do _not_ have to be 18 years and older to participate. Children not in strollers will receive a T-Shirt (and thus do need to be registered).
