Join us for the vibrant and inspiring Hope Series, taking place on Saturday, May 16, 2026, in Sterling, Whiteside! This exciting event kicks off a series of four races aimed at promoting brain health and ending the stigma surrounding mental health. Participants can choose between a Road 5K or a Trail 5K for the first race, "Run for Brain Health."
The Hope Series continues with the Florissa Family 5K on June 13th, the NAMI Sauk Area 5K on July 11th, and culminates with the Sauk Valley Apple Cider Run on October 10th, featuring both a 5K and a Half Marathon.
