Join us for the Hope with Every Stride 5k/10k on Sunday, April 27, 2025, in the charming town of Medfield, Norfolk. This exciting event begins at McCarthy Park & Fields and features a picturesque course that meanders through tree-lined streets, rolling fields, and serene nature trails. Runners of all abilities are welcome to participate, whether you’re a seasoned athlete or a casual walker looking for a fun day out.
The 5k course primarily follows the scenic Medfield Rail Trail, while the 10k course combines paved roads with beautiful trails, providing a dynamic running experience. For our youngest participants aged 4-10, a Fun Run kicks off the festivities at 9 am. Don't forget to sign up before March 30th to receive a complimentary race shirt! Best of all, your participation helps make a difference, as 10% of the funds raised will support the Soles of Medfield Scholarship Fund, assisting families transitioning out of homelessness. Whether you’re racing or cheering from the sidelines, the Hope with Every Stride event promises a day filled with community spirit, joy, and purpose!

Runners will experience gentle hills and open stretches that showcase the towns natural beauty, making for a dynamic and enjoyable race experience. Participants of all abilities - from seasoned runners to casual walkers - can enjoy a fun day out. Fun for the youngest among us starts at 9 am with a Fun Run for ages 4 - 10.
